Should Oregon call on Cyrus Habibi-Likio more on short yardage runs?

EUGENE -- Oregon needs to convert on third or fourth-and-short, who gets the ball?

For much of the season it's been CJ Verdell, who has converted nine times on 12 carries from third-and-three-or-less and all three times on fourth downs this season. But when Verdell isn't available, whether the Ducks should turn to Travis Dye or Cyrus Habibi-Likio is debatable.

"I think short yardage situations we've proven that we can do it," Oregon offensive coordinator Marcus Arroyo said. "Last week we had one hit in the backfield there with Dye and had another thing but regardless of that I think we're still going to count on those guys to take on one defender.
