The in-conference residue effects from the Oregon Ducks' 30-27 overtime win over the then-No. 7 Washington Huskies was largely known and understood.
Far more abstract, originally, was how the victory would impact Oregon on the recruiting trail.
On Monday, Mario Cristobal and his coaching staff got part of the answer, as class of 2020 tight end Seth Figgins announced his commitment to Oregon over offers from Arizona State, Texas, USC and Utah:
"I committed to Oregon because it felt like family there and I will be able to grow as a tight end and make a impact within their style of offense," he said.
