EUGENE, Ore. — When the final horn sounded Sunday, there was no doubting who had been the woman of the hour.
Endyia Rogers scored a career-high 34 points for the UO women in a 75-67 victory over Oregon State in Matthew Knight Arena. Trailing 60-53 midway through the fourth quarter, the Ducks went on a 17-2 run that included 12 points from Rogers. An energetic crowd of 6,990 roared when Rogers was announced as the player of the game, she was mobbed by teammates as the horn sounded, and she got a pat on the back from OSU coach Scott Rueck in the handshake line.
