Consensus five-star small forward R.J. Barrett, the No. 1 overall prospect in the class of 2018, is down to a final three of Duke, Kentucky and Oregon after eliminating Michigan and Arizona, according to separate reports.
According to ESPN recruiting insider Jeff Borzello, Barrett will no longer take his final official visit to Michigan or consider the Wolverines an option.
The 6-foot-7, 200-pound wing, out of Montverde Academy (Montverde, Florida), also eliminated Arizona in wake of the FBI investigation, according to a DuckTerritory.com report.
That news comes just days after Barrett took back-to-back visits to check out Arizona and Oregon.
