EUGENE, Ore. – Oregon point guard Will Richardson has been named Pac-12 Player of the Week, the conference announced today. It's the third time he's earned the distinction, after twice being named POTW last January.
Richardson recorded the fourth triple-double in program history in the 78-65 win against Nevada on Saturday. He finished with 19 points (7-12 FG) and career-highs of 10 rebounds and 11 assists, becoming the first player in program history with at least 19 points 10 rebounds and 11 assists in a single game, and first Pac-12 player with those numbers or higher since Damon Stoudamire in 1995.
