LaGarrette Blount is now the third Duck to win three super bowls. Blount is now tied for the lead among Duck alumni with Derek Loville and Mike Walter. LaGarrette is also one of only 8 players to win back to back super bowls with different teams.
Stanford women’s basketball pulled away from Oregon late to tie the Ducks in the Pac 12 title race. Unfortunately for the Ducks, Stanford now holds the head to head tie breaker and the teams will not meet again this year.
