EUGENE, Ore. — Oregon center Jackson Powers-Johnson was named a first-team midseason all-American by the Associated Press on Wednesday, while wide receiver Troy Franklin was selected to the second team.
Powers-Johnson and Franklin were named to same all-American teams by The Athletic on Wednesday, and Powers-Johnson was recognized as a Sporting News midseason all-American.
Powers-Johnson has started all six games at center for an Oregon offensive line that on Tuesday was named to the midseason honor roll for the Joe Moore Award, which recognizes the top offensive line in college football.
