The Gauchos (8-1) are 14th among the 287 NCAA Division-I baseball team in hitting with a .341 team average, while the Ducks, coincidentally, are No. 14 in hits allowed per nine innings, 6.14.
UO weekend starters Cole Irvin, Matt Krook and David Peterson each went at least seven innings and allowed just two hits last week as the Ducks took three of four from Illinois State.
