Payton Pritchard survived the final cut.
Just days after the Oregon point guard was named a finalist for the Team USA Under-19 World Cup roster, it was announced on Thursday that Pritchard was one of 12 selected to compete in next month's tournament in Egypt.
Team USA is seeking its third straight gold medal during the July 1-9 tournament.
Pritchard averaged 7.4 points, 3.6 assists and 3.4 rebounds during his freshman season at Oregon. A four-time high school state champion in Oregon, Pritchard joined the Ducks program last fall and won the starting point guard position after the first week of the season.
