Lessons learned are sometimes good and bad. It was a tough one to swallow on Saturday night against a Stanford team that was more physical and sharper from beyond than an upstart Oregon Ducks team. The Cardinal zeroed in on Lexi Bando and kept her in check all night, and fouling her out on a ticky-tack play that should have been called a Defensive foul on Stanford.
Despite losing 71-56, the two-game run that Oregon started in the Pac-12 Tournament turned some heads. Stanford was stifling on Defense forcing the Oregon Ducks to shoot 33 percent from the floor.
