The Pac-12 selected record-breaking Jenna Prandini of Oregon as one of four track & field athletes of the week on Monday.
At the Mt. SAC relays on Saturday Prandini tied Jamaica's Elaine Thompson for the fastest 100 time run this year of 10.92 seconds. She clocked the 2015 world leader in the 200 of 22.42.
Both marks are school records. Prandini's 100 time is believed to be the fastest ever run by a female collegian at sea level.
The other athletes honored all were from USC. There were sprinter Andre De Grasse, hammer thrower Connor McCullough and discus thrower Tera Novty.
