OKLAHOMA CITY -- The clutch hits that had escaped Oregon on Thursday came harder than the Oklahoma rain on Saturday.
None was bigger than Mia Camuso's two-run double in the top of the seventh, ultimately sealing the third-seeded Ducks' 7-4 win over 15th-seeded Baylor in a Women's College World Series elimination game Saturday at USA Softball Hall of Fame Stadium.
The win means Oregon will return to the field Saturday night to face LSU in a game originally scheduled for 6:30 p.m. However, a 1-hour, 13-minute rain delay that interrupted Oregon's win over Baylor in the second inning put the tournament about 45 minutes behind schedule.
