Oregon junior Jenna Prandini sizzled to record times of 10.92 seconds in the 100 meters and 22.42 in the 200 Saturday at the Mt. SAC Relays in Walnut, Calif.
Prandini's 100 time breaks the school record of 10.96 set by English Gardner in 2013.
It's the second-fastest, wind-legal time in collegiate history, behind only the 10.78 clocked by Dawn Sowell of LSU in 1989.
Sowell ran her race at altitude in Provo, Utah. According to Track & Field News, Prandini's time would be the fastest college time ever at sea level, bettering the 10.93 Sowell recorded in Austin, Texas in 1989.
