The idle Oregon Ducks dropped a spot in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Division I women's indoor rankings, released Monday.
The Ducks fell from fourth to fifth, trailing Arkansas, USC, Kentucky and Georgia.
The UO men's team moved up two spots, from No. 15 to No. 13.
The Oregon men mostly were idle too, but the UO distance medley relay of Reed Brown, Orwin Emilien, Mick Stanovsek and Sam Prakel clocked the second-best time in the country this year of 9 minutes, 27.17 seconds in an invitational meet at Notre Dame.
