TUCSON, Ariz -- Oregon's list of injuries continues to mount and now the Ducks have to hope leading receiver Dillon Mitchell did not suffer a serious blow after he was on the receiving end of a brutal hit against Arizona.
Mitchell was crushed by Arizona safety Tristan Cooper on a third-and-eight pass from Oregon's 37-yard line during the third quarter of Saturdays' 44-15 mauling by the Wildcats.
Though a clean hit, Mitchell was down on the field for several minutes and did not return.
"He took a shot," Oregon coach Mario Cristobal said. "I wouldn't think it's anything serious, but I don't have the full report yet.
