NEW YORK, N.Y. – Oregon will play the U.S. Naval Academy on Pearl Harbor Day – Monday, Dec. 7 – at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam as part of a weekend of ceremonies in the Hawaiian Islands marking the 74th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, FOX Sports announced Wednesday.
Following a morning ceremony on Dec. 7, Oregon and Navy will play in historic Bloch Arena, which withstood the 1941 Japanese bombing. The Ducks and Midshipmen, in their first series meeting on the basketball court, will play at approximately 6:30 p.m. Pacific following an opening game between Oklahoma and Villanova.
