CORVALLIS – During the lead-up to Friday’s Civil War kick off, Oregon State plans to honor a 15-man senior class.
Most have been in the program for five years, enjoying some highs and many lows. They’ve gone through four head coaches, a 22-game road losing streak, a stunning win in Colorado, a Civil War victory in 2016 and a 69-10 loss to the Ducks last season.
“I do appreciate those guys. They’ve been through a lot,” OSU coach Jonathan Smith said of team’s seniors. “Their willingness to try a new approach, a willingness to work through tough times.
