Oregon sprinter Hannah Cunliffe, and Oregon coaches Robert Johnson and Curtis Taylor received national awards for the indoor season Tuesday from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association.
Cunliffe, who was first in the 60 meters and second in the 200 at the NCAA Indoor Championships, was named women's track athlete of the year. During the regular season, Cunliffe set the collegate record for the 60 of 7.07 seconds.
Johnson was named women's coach of the year after guiding the Ducks to the NCAA women's team championship.
Athletes from the events Taylor coaches scored 57 of the UO women's record-84 points at the NCAA Indoor Championships.
