Fresh off a spring game weekend that led to commitments from four prospects, the Oregon Ducks football program appears poised to add to its recruiting haul.
On Monday, Under Armour All-American and consensus four-star cornerback Jeffery Carter took to Twitter to announce that he has news coming in two days:

That's good news for Oregon, as the Ducks made a strong impression on the nation's No. 3 cornerback this weekend, and appear to be in excellent position to secure his pledge.
