EUGENE -- Without official word from Arizona as to whether Khalil Tate will start at quarterback, Oregon's defense has to prepare for his dual-threat skills as well as backup Rhett Rodriguez's ability to throw from the pocket.
Even as Tate has been far less productive on the ground this season, the No. 19 Ducks are aware of the threat he poses.
"He's a legit dual threat so you got to be able to stop the run and be able to (cover the) pass because he's good at scrambling and throwing guys open," safety Ugochukwu Amadi said. "(Rodriguez) can do both but he's not as versatile as Khalil Tate is.
