LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - The Oregon Women’s Basketball team was swept away by its third PAC-12 opponent of the season when the No. 8 UCLA Bruins buried the Ducks in an early barrage of points and never looked back. The Ducks continued to shoot poorly—finishing this contest with a measly 35.7 shooting percentage from the floor—and the Bruins were more than ready to take advantage of Oregon’s offensive difficulties.
UCLA opened the scoring with a triple from Natalie Chou and raced out to a 28-11 lead at the end of the first quarter by hitting six three-pointers in the opening frame.
