EUGENE -- Oregon's already depleted linebacker corps could be stretched even thinner by yet another injury.
Sampson Niu, who started in place of the injured Kaulana Apelu (leg fracture), left Saturday's game against Utah during the second quarter after making a tackle inside the 10.
Oregon coach Mario Cristobal said Niu, who made eight tackles in the first half of the 32-25 loss, is in concussion protocol while Adrian Jackson, who left the game after he recovered a blocked punt during the fourth quarter, hurt his shoulder but is expected to practice this week and play against Arizona State.
