Oregon linebacker Fotu Leiato was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly removing a parking boot from his vehicle.
Per Chelsea Deffenbacher of The Register-Guard, police charged Leiato with two misdemeanors, including second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft for damaging and removing the parking boot.
