EUGENE, Ore. – Following its dramatic overtime win against No. 7 Washington on Saturday afternoon at Autzen Stadium, Oregon moved up five spots to No. 12 in the latest Associated Press Top 25 Poll released on Sunday morning.
Oregon also landed at No. 11 in the Amway Coaches Poll, up six spots from a week ago.
The Ducks' 30-27 win over the Huskies marked the first time since 2014 that they have knocked off ranked opponents in consecutive games. It was also Oregon's 13th win over the Huskies in the last 15 meetings.
After Oregon limited Washington to a field goal on its possession in overtime, redshirt freshman running back CJ Verdell found the end zone for the walk-off win on a six-yard run on third down.
