On Thursday it was announced that Tyner, who missed the final five regular season games of the 2014 season with a shoulder injury will not return to the College game. In his stead, Running Back Royce Freeman has become a household name for Oregon and led the team in rushing the last two seasons including a record setting Freshman season and a confidence building Sophomore year in 2015. The hope was that Tyner and Freeman would be a 1-2 punch on the ground in 2016, but Oregon will likely look to Taj Griffin to fill the role following a highlight reel filled Freshman season for the Oregon Ducks.
