Arizona is the State that Ryan Kelley calls home and he will remain in his home state, and in the Pac-12 for that matter. He announced on Twitter that he has committed to play for Todd Graham and Arizona State. According to USA Today, the Class of 2017 prospect was once rated as the top dual threat Quarterback in the nation, but has dropped to number five of late.
Kelley was commited to play for the Oregon Ducks until last weekend and the Spring Game. After watching Dakota Prukop lead and two very capable backups in Travis Jonsen and Terry Wilson who suited up for the game.
