California product Joey Capra, the younger brother of Oregon offensive lineman Jacob Capra, is rated the nation's No. 9 center.
The 6-foot-4, 275-pound interior lineman flipped from Arizona State to Oregon as soon as he received a committable offer the Ducks.
Capra is set to become an early enrollee after he graduates in December.
