Linebacker Fotu Leiato has been charged with two misdemeanors Wednesday night after removal of a parking boot on his vehicle according to the Eugene Register-Guard. The charges include second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft.
Leiato has been a consistent player off the field for Oregon Football since his arrival in 2015. He found early popularity on Hudl with his high school highlight video but has had several brushes with law enforcement this year. In January he was charged with trespassing and missed his court appearance on April 9 and a warrant was issued for his arrest.
