Wide Receiver Anthony Schwartz is among the fastest players for the Auburn Tigers. He was injured working in drills on Sunday afternoon, breaking a bone in his hand. On Monday he had successful surgery and will be out for some time. Schwartz is a two-way athlete with the Tigers for both track and field and football.
The now Sophomore missed spring practice as he was competing with track and field. Now, three days into fall camp, the Tigers are down one of their fastest players on offense. Following surgery, Schwartz has three weeks to get back on the field in time for Oregon Football.
