Oregon Football is now .500 on the season after losing on the road at UCLA. They are 1-4 in the Pac-12 Conference, but true Freshman Quarterback Braxton Burmeister looked better on Saturday vs UCLA.
While the outcome was as Loss, there were some good things and obviously some bad. The good, he used his feet on numerous occasions to get positive yards. He also ran for both Oregon scores to tie the game at halftime at 14. Quarterback Justin Herbert may be closer to returning, but the trial by fire of having Burmeister as the Starter is beginning to pay dividends.
