The Oregon women held onto the No. 4 spot in the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association's Top 25 cross country poll, released Tuesday.

The University of Portland dropped one spot in the men's rankings, going from fourth to fifth. The UO men moved up two spots to 11th.,
