Tonight, the Oregon Ducks venture into Husky Stadium in Seattle for their annual showdown against the Washington Huskies. Last year, Oregon’s 12-year winning streak over the Huskies came to a screeching halt, as Washington dominated Oregon in Eugene, dropping 70 on the Ducks. And that’s the last we’ll ever speak of that.
With a win, the Ducks become bowl eligible, which is a huge deal for a rebuilding program. Even if they end up at a bowl game that has like 5,000 people watching, those extra practices will pay off big time down the road. However, they have an uphill battle, as the Huskies are favored by more than two touchdowns.
