Ruthy Hebard stepped up and took over in both games scoring 40 points against Washington and 39 against Washington State earning Pac-12 Player of the Week honors and keeping her team in the driver’s seat in first place in the Pac-12 entering this week.
Oregon shot 62 percent from the field against the Cougars and just over 40 percent from three-point range. Lexi Bando returned from injury to give the Ducks a boost to start the second half with 9 points hitting from beyond the arc. The Oregon Ducks won every quarter except for the third.
