So what inspired the 45-day challenge?
"I tell my guys all the time: mental toughness isn't surviving one workout, it's maintaining the highest level of focus, dedication and performance through an entire competitive calendar. So the 45-day challenge is about doing something every day. It doesn't have to be a lot, it just have to be consistent commitment to doing something every day to help you reach your goals to be the best version of you.
