EUGENE a The Oregon Ducks had an up-and-down day Thursday at Hayward Field in what is shaping up as a wild, four-team battle for the women's team title at the NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships.
The Ducks need big performances when the meet concludes Saturday to hang onto the NCAA women's title the won last year. And they could probably use some help.
Georgia and Kentucky appear to be in the best position to win this thing. But the Ducks remain in the mix.
Oregon pushed both relays through to the final before an announced crowd of 9,702.
