Oregon's softball program will begin the 2018 season ranked third in a pair of national polls.
The Ducks earned the ranking in both the NFCA/USA Today and USA Softball/ESPN polls, released Tuesday.
The NFCA poll features six Pac-12 teams with No. 4 Washington, No. 5 UCLA, No. 7 Arizona, No. 15 Utah and No. 23 Arizona State, in addition to Oregon.
Oregon begins the season Feb. 8, at the Kajikawa Classic in Tempe, Arizona.
Eighteen UO games will be broadcast on Pac-12 Networks this season, according to UO, and three others will draw national coverage.
