The No. 5 Oregon Ducks softball team beat No. 2 Florida State 2-1 Sunday in nine innings to complete a three-game sweep.
The Ducks, who swept a doubleheader from the Seminoles on Saturday, scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning on a sacrifice fly from catcher Gwen Svekis.
"It's the greatest feeling in the world," Svekis told GoDucks.com after the game. "We had a tight game, and this is when all the preparation against Arizona, and Washington, and UCLA -- tight games, extra-inning games -- paid off.
