EUGENE -- A bye week helped Oregon in the polls.
The Ducks, who were No. 18 in both the coaches poll and AP poll last week, moved up one spot to No. 17 in the coaches following their bye week and enter this week's matchup with Pac-12 North rival Washington, which is No. 7 in the coaches poll and was No. 10 in last week's AP poll.
Oregon received 558 points in the coaches poll, up from 453 points last week. A new AP poll comes out later Sunday.
Texas defeating Oklahoma, Florida beating LSU and Stanford's loss to Utah, though helping create a path for Oregon to remain in contention in the division, also hurts the quality of loss the Ducks suffered to the Cardinal last month.
