The 2016 season for the Oregon Ducks Junior started on the sideline coming off a foot injury. He started to work his way back into form in Hawaii and the start of Pac-12 play had an exclamation point play of the season against UCLA. He drained a three-pointer with just 0.8 seconds left on the clock to give Oregon the win over the Bruins.
This past week he was named Pac-12 Player of the Week. Dillon Brooks averaged over 22 points hitting 67 percent from beyond the arc in helping dismantle the 5th ranked Arizona Wildcats to extend Ducks winning streak at Matthew Knight Arena to 40 straight games.
