EUGENE -- Whether he believes it or not, Justin Herbert is in the final week of what could, potentially, be his his final spring at Oregon.
On the surface, there are some telling signs of time gone by. Most apparent is his body. When Herbert came on the scene as a true freshman, his 6-foot-6 frame was wiry. Now, when the junior walks around the Hatfield-Downlin Complex, it appears that wire has been replaced with rebar. Herbert has bulging arms, thick legs and his once cherubic face is even beginning to show a hint of age.
College football pundits fawn over Herbert and his potential.
