Road games in the Pac-12 are always a rollercoaster affair and that was the case on Thursday night for the Oregon Ducks. The team has leaned on Pritchard and Chris Duarte over heavily this season and over the last few games, but it was Anthony Mathis who came through in the second half in a big way scoring 19 of his 21 points in the final 20 minutes.
The first half saw California and Oregon play to a tie at 32 making second-half adjustments all the more important. The Golden Bears are improving and nearly pulled off an upset last weekend against Stanford.
