The last time the Ducks started the season in Hawaii, it was with a loss to Georgetown as Dillon Brooks did not play. He was still recovering from a broken foot. Oregon will return to Hawaii to play in the Maui Jim Maui Invitational in 2021 with a team that will be looking for an early identity after losing Payton Pritchard to graduation and adding some new faces.
The tournament will welcome the Oregon Ducks along with Butler, Houston, Notre Dame, Saint Mary’s, Texas A&M, and a team that the Ducks have known well from recent NCAA Tournament runs in the Wisconsin Badgers.
