Generally, 12 of us University of Washington football fans have been coming as a group to Oregon or Oregon State football games since the 1970s. Over the years, especially since the Coach Mike Bellotti era, we have observed more drunks before the game and drinking in the stadium during the game (obviously bag checks don't work). I have observed empty pints, bottles and cans in the restrooms.
They make beyond-crude remarks toward individual Huskies or the team -- remarks that cannot be repeated in a newspaper. The remarks are heard in the men's restrooms, in the walkways to and from the stadium seats and in the seating areas as well.
