NEW YORK — Oregon football's offensive line has been named a semifinalist for the 2023 Joe Moore Award, given to the top offensive line unit in college football. The Ducks are one of 12 semifinalists, along with Florida State, Georgia, Kansas State, LSU, Michigan, Missouri, Notre Dame, Oregon State, Tennessee, Texas and Washington.
Quarterback Bo Nix was also announced as one of 20 semifinalists for the Davey O'Brien National Quarterback Award on Tuesday, after he was named the Pac-12 Offensive Player of the Week and a Maxwell Award semifinalist on Monday.
Oregon's offensive line has been among the nation's very best in 2023, leading the FBS with just four sacks allowed and tying for third with only 32 tackles for loss allowed.
