SALT LAKE CITY -- Yet another somber flight home awaited Oregon following yet another road loss.
This one, a 32-25 defeat at the hands of Utah, was different than those at Washington State and Arizona earlier this season. Though they all featured slow starts offensively, the Ducks were able to find a rhythm quicker and overcome their own flawed play to take the lead, something they never did on the Palouse or in the desert.
But Oregon's 25-22 lead lasted just 87 seconds and the result was the same as prior disappointments.
"I don't know what's going into it, but we got to wake up when we're on the road and perform better," linebacker Troy Dye said.
