EUGENE, Ore. — Verone McKinley III and Kayvon Thibodeaux were both announced as Walter Camp All-America first-team selections on Thursday night by the Walter Camp Football Foundation.
The Ducks are one of five teams with multiple first-team selections, joining Alabama, Georgia, Michigan, and Pittsburgh.
Oregon has multiple first-team Walter Camp All-Americans in a season for the first time since Marcus Mariota and Ifo Ekpre-Olomu in 2014, and multiple defensive players on the first team in the same season for the first time in program history.
The Walter Camp All-America team is in its 132nd season, and is the first of five that make up consensus and unanimous all-America selections.
