The Oregon Ducks took on the Montana Grizzlies on Friday night, cruising to a 79-48 victory, in a game that wasn’t really ever that close. The game started off back-and-forth, with the score tied at 7-7 a little under 3 minutes into the action, before Oregon rattled off a 15-0 run, propelling them to a 36-16 lead with 2:43 left in the half. The Ducks defense was staunch tonight, not allowing a made field goal over a 10-minute span, and only allowed 6 overall in the half. Oregon was up big at halftime, 44-20, punctuated by Nate Bittle’s three pointer just before time expired.
