Marcus Mariota suffered a fractured right fibula Saturday and is out for the remainder of the season, Tennessee Titans coach Mike Mularkey said.
The Tennessee Titans quarterback suffered the injury while being sacked in the third quarter during the game against Jacksonville. Mariota's leg was placed in an air cast before he was carted off the field. Mariota's injury was initially diagnosed as an ankle injury.
The Titans were tied for first place in the AFC South with Houston going into the game, but they trailed Jacksonville 25-10 when Mariota was injured.
