The Tennesse Titans let go of head coach Ken Whisenhunt on Tuesday. After going 1-6 on the season. Last season the Titans tied Tampa Bay with the worst record in the NFL at 2-14. He finshes his coaching career at Tennessee with a record of 3-20.
Whisenhunt had found success at the NFL level before. As the offensive coordinator for the Pittsburgh Steelers when they won the Superbowl in 2005. His first head coaching job was when he was hired at Arizona. He coached the Cardinals from 2007-2012, where he lead the Cardinals to their first Superbowl appearance during the 2008 season.
