NEW YORK -- No. 13 Oregon lost to Iowa, 77-69, in the first night of the 2K Empire Classic tonight at Madison Square Garden.
The No. 13 Ducks (2-1) will play No. 15 Syracuse in the consolation game at 1:30 p.m. PT Friday.
